I chose this hotel because it offers free breakfast, 2-bedroom suites big enough for a family of 5, pool and free parking. The location was good, just among a business park central to lincolnshire. The breakfast was a good mix and included rice, the dinner hour mon-wed seemed amazing too. Our beds were comfortable although they kept sliding off the platforms and were too heavy to move back on. Shower was good, pool was as expected and the exercise room was good. Overall, we has a fine stay. "Light touch" cleaning was meh. They did not make the beds which was too bad because many comforters had fallen out of the covers. We had extra wet towels from the pool in our bathroom and they weren't taken so I ended up putting it in the hall. I noticed others leaving trash cans in the hall and they weren't picked up.
I loved their breakfast and the vibe of the hotel. Great staff. They have a free shuttle to near places which was very nice. They also have social times some days during weekdays in the evenings which they rovide a basic free dinner/snack buffet. Rooms are not fancy and are not sound proof.
Great staff, stayed 2 weeks. Laundry facilities were clean, and the social hour was amazing. The only thing I would change is that the rooms have a smell not horrible but I bring febreeze to every hotel room.
The first thing I noticed is the clean smell in the halls, in elevator, in the rooms. These people take a lot of pride in this place. The beds are so comfortable! Beautiful bedding the pillows!! it sits out of town and it is just a very quaint place to stay.
Amazing stay! Natalie is an amazing General Manager and so friendly when we met her. Breakfast is hot and fresh and the rooms are CLEAN!
We were visiting from AZ for our daughter's Navy Basic training graduation. They were very helpful and accommodating. I asked if possible to be upgraded to a room with more beds because we booked before we knew our Sailor would have overnight liberty. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, they have several nice pet areas. Wonderful breakfeast. Free laundry, grounds are kept clean. I wish housekeeping would of been done every day as their policy states but other than that it was amazing property with a peaceful stay.
A great place for an extended stay. Clean is there motto and the place is. Daily breakfast and happy hour Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Everybody is great and ready to be helping but David is over the top helpful. Would and will stay again.
Decent location, clean and fully equiped cozy suites with awesome multi-lingual service, responsive to all the smallest details and nuances. Special thanks to the hotel reception personnel and Yuliia in reception in particular. Keep up a fantastic job
